Happy Raksha Bandhan

Dear RuhRatna Family,

Thank you for choosing RuhRatna for your artificial jewelry needs. We are dedicated to ensuring that each piece you order is delivered in perfect condition and within the expected timeframe. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the methods and practices we employ to meet these commitments, allowing you to shop with confidence and ease.

Delivery Timeline:

Metro and Tier 1 Cities: Deliveries to these areas typically take between 3-4 working days.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities and Rural Areas: Deliveries may take about 5-6 working days, depending on the exact location.
Please Note: While we provide an estimated delivery time based on your pin code at the time of order placement, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as logistical challenges, weather conditions, or unexpected increases in demand. We strive to keep you updated on any potential delays, but RuhRatna cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Shipping Fees:

– A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged for each order.
– Special promotions and coupons may occasionally offer free shipping. Please check our website for current offers and coupon details.

Online Payment Discount:

– Customers who opt for online payment methods instead of Cash on Delivery (COD) can avail a 5% discount on their total purchase.
This discount encourages secure and efficient transactions.

Shipping Partners:

Through our partnership with Shiprocket, we are connected with India’s leading logistics providers, including India Post, Xpressbees, Ekart, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, Delhivery, and DTDC, ensuring that your order reaches you no matter where you are located.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to view and monitor the delivery status of your order.

Order Cancellations:

– Orders can be cancelled at no additional cost if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
– If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy for further instructions.

Damaged or Lost Orders:

In the rare event that your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Refusing the delivery if the package is visibly damaged and notifying our customer service will ensure prompt action, including a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

– COD is available for all eligible products and locations.
– Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery, and the package cannot be opened before payment is complete.
