This video should clearly show the product as you remove it from its packaging, highlighting the condition in which it was received.

Steps to Follow:

  1. Contact and Claim: Within 2 days of delivery, email us at support@ruhratna.com to initiate your claim. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video.
  2.  Review Process: Our team will review your claim based on the information and video provided. Approved claims will lead to a “Return Initiated” or “Refund Initiated” status update for the concerned items on your order details page.
  3.  Return Pickup and Inspection (if applicable): For returns and exchanges, we will arrange the pickup of the item(s). Upon receipt, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  4. Refund or Exchange: After inspection, we will process a full refund for returns or dispatch an exchange item for eligible color discrepancy issues. No shipping charges will be deducted.

Additional Policy Points:

– Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items where the wrong color was received, with the replacement item being sent out after the original item passes our inspection.
